Eventsarthi - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user/customer) and Eventsarthi ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

• Eventsarthi provides an online platform that enables users to discover, shortlist, communicate with, and book vendors related to weddings and events.
• We act solely as a facilitator. We are not a party to any agreement between users and vendors.
• The platform includes vendor listings, booking interfaces, customer reviews, payment services, and event planning content.

2. User Obligations and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for any content you post or share via our services.
• You must not:
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Impersonate others
  • Disrupt or manipulate the platform

3. Vendor Engagement & Liabilities

• Vendors are independent contractors. Eventsarthi does not guarantee their services.
• Any disputes must be resolved directly with the vendor.
• We are not liable for service quality, delays, or cancellations.

4. Payments and Charges

• Payments may include service fees and applicable taxes.
• Some vendors may require advance payment.
• We are not liable for payment issues due to third parties or user error.
• Promotional offers are subject to availability and terms.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on Eventsarthi is owned/licensed by us.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission.

6. Termination & Account Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or misuse.
• All user rights terminate upon account deactivation.
• We reserve the right to remove violating content from the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 6 months.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eventsarthi and its team from claims or damages arising from your platform usage.

9. Amendments and Updates

• We may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting.
• Continued usage after updates implies your agreement to the revised terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in faridabad, India.
